You'd think that with the mild winter weather we've been enjoying that maybe some off-season road construction could have been accomplished. That way all the work wouldn't have to be done at the same time in the summer. Not that I'm a fan of roadwork of any kind, anytime. I'd prefer to see speed limits drastically lowered, which would make it safer to drive smaller, lighter cars that would tread more lightly on our roads.
Not much we can do about the trucking industry, unless someone invents teleportation.
