Talking on the phone and driving has become part of our life. No laws will be enacted to end that practice. Even though it's obvious how cell phone use can affect driving. We've all done it. We see a car driving 55 mph in the fast lane. We know what's going on. We approach from the right or middle lane. We look over. Sure enough. The driver is on the phone. Lost in a conversational world. Luckily driving is relatively easy. Reacting to a sudden emergency. Not so much.
